ARFID, (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder) means there are a limited range of foods I will eat. I have added many foods in the last year and a half, and I am doing so much better! Eating out at restaurants used to be almost impossible for me, but I am getting more confident about ordering for myself, and advocating for what I need. ☺️💜💜💜 Sometimes I get a little embarrassed, though, especially at fancy restaurants, where I need to strip a menu item down.
