Dozens of protesters gathered outside of ICE's Atlanta field office in the wake of the shooting of a motorist by an agent in Minneapolis. A federal agent shot and killed the driver after federal officials said she allegedly tried to run over law enforcement officers during the Trump administration’s latest immigration crackdown on a major American city. Federal officials said it was an act of self-defense but the city's mayor Jacob Frey and Gov. Tim Walz described it as reckless and unnecessary.
