A 999 call about a road rage incident quickly escalated into a high-speed pursuit lasting nearly 90 minutes. Two men on a motorcycle led police across Ellesmere Port, Merseyside, Chester, Frodsham, and into North Wales before being stopped in Chester. The pursuit, captured on NPAS footage and body-worn cameras, followed reports of threats with a knife and criminal damage.
